The golden hearts of our 4 grandchildren

In this small wallhanging the four hearts are all the same, but on the other side all with a different.
So I call this "The golden hearts of our 4 grandchildren".

Here they are ready to send them to the buyer while they where blooming they are sold. This are white tulips and a special sort.









Nico is counting the bulbs by hand this time, five bulbs is counted as 1 he needs 500 so he counts till 100.

Before trade Nico has to count them, sometimes with a couting machine or by hand.
The big bulbs are for export.
The small ones are for the next year.
Also there is a great deal for blooming in the hothouse of Nico just for the flowers as we buy them for in our vazes.

The bulbs are "home". Nico and his wife Marion runs this company with the two of them. There is no successor so they managed this small trade on there own. But it can give you a good sight what happen with the bulbs.

Here you see the paper-cutting I made today. 6 inches/ 8 inches.
I have a tea-towel with that kind of pattern so it gave me the idea to make such a paper-cutting. I think the result is nice but completely different from that tea-towel.
that's the difference between fabric and paper.
I hope to sell this one next week when I join a kind of market.
No it is not sold.
